Families are also invited to take part in the SwimRun in Rheinsberg. One adult and one child (age 6 to 15) can compete together as a Family Fun Team. Young athletes between the ages of 11 and 15 can also compete alone in the Youth SwimRun. Depending on the age, 1 or 2 laps are to be completed. Each round involves swimming 200 meters close to the shore. The running course (700 m) is paved.

Family Fun SwimRun

Eligibility to participate:
Participation in the Family Fun SwimRun is exclusively for teams of two: one adult and one child between 6 and 15 years old. A leash between youngster and adult is recommended to ensure safety during the 1-2 laps.
Please note: A Bronze swim badge and open water experience is mandatory for the child to participate in the 2025 Family Fun SwimRun.

Eligibility to participate:
The Youth SwimRun presented by ADAC Berlin-Brandenburg is open to all young people between the ages of 11 & 15. Participation is possible exclusively as an individual starter. Teams of two are not possible.
