The shortest distance for all SwimRun beginners

The SuperSprint is suitable for beginners and newbies. It starts in the water, and you get there via a spectacularly ride by ferry. The event is made up of a total of 4.4 kilometres with three swims totalling one kilometre. The running parts are along trail paths.

4.4K - including altogether 1K of swimming, Increase 52 m

Timekeeping:
Timekeeping is done with an active transponder, which is handed out with your race material and must be returned after the race. The timekeeping is already included in the participation fee.

Registration for the SwimRun Rheinsberg 2026 will be open from January 15, 2026.

from 16 Years ( YOB 2009 and older)
Participation in the SuperSprint is possible individually or as a team of two.
