Registration
You can register for the the SwimRun Rheinsberg via your personal user account.

After successful registration you will receive a confirmation by email. You will also find an overview of your registration and booking for the SwimRun Rheinsberg in your user account under “My registrations".
Creating a team
- To create a team, one team member registers for the event.
- Once their registration is completed, a registration confirmation will be send by email, including a TEAM-Code. This TEAM-Code can be passed on to a favorite team partner.
Joining a team
- The second team member chooses the desired event in their own user account.
- Within the registration there is an option to join a team by entering the TEAM-Code.

The SwimRun Rheinsberg is an integral part of these national and international series.

Please note: In the case of rebooking to another discipline, your original registration will be completely canceled, and the amount will be refunded to your payment method used. The participation fee for your new registration plus any additional services originally booked (this also applies to donations and insurance contributions) must be paid again. We charge a processing fee of €5 for the transfer.
If you booked cancellation insurance when you registered, you can claim it in your user account under My Registrations > SwimRun Rheinsberg.
We ask for your understanding that due to the high logistical and organizational effort of the event, participation fees cannot be reimbursed by us. For more information, please see our terms of participation.
Unfortunately, transfers to another person or another year are not possible. Your race entry is bound to a person and event.
Before the start
The start and finish area are located close to the Seehotel Rheinsberg (Donnersmarckweg 1, 16831 Rheinsberg).
There is a direct train from Berlin to Rheinsberg. It is a 15 minute walk from the station to the start.
Rheinsberg can be reached by car via the A111/A24 or the B96. Please note that there is limited parking available on site.
There is a mandatory race briefing before each start. Please plan for this when to arrive.

What you'll get from us:
- Swimming cap with your race number
- 2 control bands
- timing transponder
What you'll have to bring yourself:
- Cup or drinking system for hydration on the course
- wetsuit if wanted
Changing rooms are available on site.
After the finish line
You will find your result in the result list. There you can also download your certificate.
The first three women and men in the disciplines Half SwimRun and Sprint will be honored as well as the first three teams of the women, men and mixed.
Water, fruits and ERDINGER non-alcoholic is offered in the finish area.
A special highlight: sweet strawberries from the region (Brandenburg/Beelitz). With their high water content, abundant vitamin C, and moderate fructose content, they’re the ideal fuel for exhausted SwimRunners.
