A SwimRun is so much more than the combination of running and swimming. At the SwimRun, elements merge in sporting harmony with nature. The SwimRun Rheinsberg in and around the Grienericksee in northern Brandenburg is one of the most important and beautiful of its kind. Anyone who practices the sport of SwimRun has to go to Rheinsberg.
Registration for the SwimRun Rheinsberg 2024 is possible from August 17, 2023 to June 18, 2024, if the participation limit has not been reached before.

Teams
Whoever wants to feel the real SwimRun spirit starts in a team. Mutual motivation and support do not only increase the fun factor, but also help over strenuous passages. A team consists of two participants..
The participation as a team is possible for the disciplines SwimRun, Sprint and SuperSprint.
Registration
1. Creating a team:
- To create a team, one team member registers for the event.
- Once their registration is completed, a registration confirmation will be send by email, including a TEAM-Code. This TEAM-Code can be passed on to a favorite team partner.
2. Joining a team:
- The second team member chooses the desired event in their own user account.
- Within the registration there is an option to join a team by entering the TEAM-Code.
Participation & Ranking
The participants of the same team must not be further apart than 10 m during the whole race. Otherwise we have to disqualify the team.
Teams will only be ranked in the team competition and will not appear in the individual ranking. The time of the second finisher is key for the result.

Reglement
The event is based on the competition regulations of the German Triathlon Union (sporting regulations, event regulations, league regulations, anti-doping code, refereeing regulations), as well as the legal, procedural and disciplinary regulations.
By registering, the participant accepts the competition regulations, in terms of legal and procedural rules, the disciplinary regulations and the conditions of the organizer according to the competition announcement, as binding.
