SoftCup
For your beverage supply during the races you can order a so-called SoftCup within the registration process. This cup is easily transportable and does not interfere with running or swimming. The SoftCup can be used at the refreshment points.
Of course you are welcome to bring your own cups and drinking systems. Be aware, no cups will be provided by us, the organizer, at the aid stations. It is therefore imperative that you take care of this in advance. With this sustainable measure, we all save the environment that we value so much.

Bus Shuttle
Your comfortable transfer on the day of the event from Berlin-Alexanderplatz to the event site in Rheinsberg and back. It is scheduled to leave Berlin at 7:30 am and the return journey from Rheinsberg is planned for 5:00 pm*.
Are you coming to Rheinsberg with someone? You are welcome to book the shuttle service for several people.
*If all participants have finished their race much earlier, it may be possible to head back to Berlin earlier.

Wetsuit rental
City, country, wet - everything is allowed in the SwimRun. But with a special SwimRun neoprene it's maybe even more fun. At laufSinn Ulm - our partner in neoprene rentals - you can rent a SwimRun wetsuit for your sporty day in Rheinsberg.
Price: 30 € rental fee + 10 € for shipping (including label for return)
If you like the suit, you are welcome to buy it. The 30 € will then be credited.

Donation for a regional WWF project
On average, at least 14 million hectares of forest disappear worldwide every year. Let's collaborate to create the "primeval forest of tomorrow". Your donation supports the WWF in creating species-rich and climate-stable mixed forests in the Uckermark (Brandenburg).

The cancellation insurance will be processed via the product “Entry Ticket Insurance” by ERGO Reiseversicherung AG. It is an insurance covering the price of an entry ticket (here: participation fee) purchased for an individual event.
