SuperSprint SwimRun Rheinsberg (ca. 5 km)
Our trial distance for newbies and those lazy about training. By ferry you go to the start, which takes place in the water. The longest swim distance is 400 meters, there are three swim sections in total. Running is mainly on beautiful paths with trail characters. The Participation is possible individually or as a team.

Participation in the Super Sprint discipline is possible from the age og 16 (year of birth 2006). Participation is possible individually or as a team.
